It was bangin last saturday at the beautifully renewed zumiez skatepark. The Vans Bash was definitely the all time high for 2009. Various shop teams from all over Europe battled for the first price. No wonder, because there was a price purse of $5000. Local Zumiez team, with Fabian – Axel – Tshala, had to try and keep their head high to defend their last year’s title. But it was a hard one against Hawaï Surf from Paris, who sent in Bastian Salabanzi, Adrien Bullard and Marc Hazziza to represent their shop.
